With the blessings of His Holiness Mahant Shri Devendra Das Ji Maharaj, the School of Pharmaceutical Sciences (SPS), Shri Guru Ram Rai University, celebrated World Pharmacists Day 2026 at the SPS Auditorium. The event commenced with Lamp Lighting and Saraswati Vandana, followed by a welcome address by Dr. G.Gnanarajan, Dean, School of Pharmaceutical Sciences. The event featured an informative session on Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR) by Dr. Aarti Sati, along with a Pharma-Quiz, Poster Presentation, and Sci-Toons Competition. These activities promoted pharmaceutical knowledge, creativity, and awareness about the role of pharmacists in healthcare. The event was well coordinated by Ms. Anubi Badhani, Ms. Priyanka Bhandari, Ms. Megha, Ms. Poonam Gangwar, Ms. Sushmita Uniyal, Ms. Deepti Negi and Ms. Shipra Omar and concluded with a Vote of Thanks to Hon’ble president sir, Hon’ble Vice-chancellor sir, Respected Registrar ma’am, Dean sir and All HODs followed by National Anthem, and group photograph.
