Course Overview

PhD in Physiotherapy is a doctorate program of 3 years which needs a master's degree in the specialized field to be eligible to sit in the entrance exam. There are two options available for pursuing a PhD course in Physiotherapy.

A PhD in Physiotherapy allows you to extend your body of knowledge about physiotherapy as you become a successful independent research within this field of study. Our research is carried out in collaboration with clinical partners, global research centres and healthcare organisations.

PhD in Physiotherapy is a 3-6-year-long doctorate course that deals with the creation and evaluation of rehabilitation treatments, the contexts in which they can be implemented, and patients' lived experiences across a wide range of acute and long-term diseases, etc.

Candidates with at least 55% marks for General & OBC category students and 50% marks for SC & ST Category Students in their respective PG Qualification or equivalent

Admission Process

On the basis of Combined Entrance Test

Schedule of Depositing the Fee:

  • 1st Installment at the time of Admission.
  • 2nd, 4th, 6th and 8th Installment (as applicable) - Last Date Payment: 15th January each academic year.
  • 3rd, 5th and 7th Installment (as applicable) - Last Date Payment: 15th July each academic year.
