All the School of Shri Guru Ram Rai University, under the aegis of the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), celebrated World Earth Day with great zeal. The event was organized by Prof. Divya Juyal, Director IQAC to raise awareness among students and faculty about the importance of environmental protection and to promote sustainable practices in line with this year’s Earth Day theme.
The highlight of the celebration was a pledge ceremony by various Schools. During the ceremony, students and faculty members came together to solemnly pledge their dedication towards preserving the Earth and adopting Eco-friendly habits in their daily lives.
Director IQAC emphasized the need for collective responsibility and urged everyone to contribute actively towards a greener and healthier planet. The event also included discussions and interactive sessions aimed at fostering environmental consciousness among the youth.
The celebration not only reinforced the value of Earth Day but also empowered participants to take meaningful steps toward sustainable living.
