World Bipolar Day is observed annually on 30th March to raise awareness about bipolar disorder and to eliminate stigma associated with mental illness. The day also promotes understanding and acceptance of individuals living with bipolar disorder.
The theme for World Bipolar Day 2026, “#BipolarStrong,” emphasizes strength, resilience, and empowerment of individuals living with bipolar disorder. It highlights the importance of standing strong despite the challenges posed by mood swings, stigma, and misunderstanding associated with the condition.
