Ph.D. Viva-Voce of Ms. Shiwani under the supervision of Dr. Balbir Kaur (SOE) , was held successfully on 20/01/2024 (Saturday), in the presence of external examiner Prof.(Dr.) Manoj K Saxena, Dean and Head, School of Education, Central University of Himachal Pradesh. Prof. Malvika Sati Kandpal (Dean SOE), Dr. Lokesh Gambhir (Dean Research), Prof. Sanjay Pokhriyal (Controller Examination), Prof. Rajesh Rayal (Head Librarian), Dr. Balbir Kaur (Supervisor of Ms. Shiwani), Prof. Anand Kumar, Dr. Priyanka Upadhyay, Dr. Ritu Sinha and Dr. Rekha Dhyani were present during the Viva-Voce. Title of the thesis: “A Study of Career Decision Making Difficulties in Adolescents in Relation to their Self-Efficacy and Socio Economic Status” was presented very well and up to the satisfaction of the external examiner. The candidate presented and defended his work identifying major contributions made and thereafter was examined by the members of the Viva-Board. Specifically, the questions/clarifications raised by the external examiners were asked. The audience present also asked questions. The Viva-Board is fully satisfied by the performance of the candidate at the Viva-voce examination. The candidate satisfactorily answered all the questions put to her and the Viva-Board conferred a Doctoral Degree to Ms. Shiwani.
