The School of Humanities and Social Sciences, Shri Guru Ram Rai University, celebrated Teachers’ Day on 5th September with great enthusiasm and academic spirit. The programme was organized by the Student Council, SHSS, to acknowledge and appreciate the dedication and valuable contributions of teachers in shaping the future of students.
On the occasion, Prof. (Dr.) Preeti Tiwary, Dean, SHSS, extended her warm wishes to all the faculty members and students. She highlighted the significant role of teachers in nurturing students, encouraging critical thinking, promoting research, and contributing to the overall development of society. Dean, SHSS appreciated the efforts of the Student Council, faculty members, and students in organizing the celebration and emphasized the importance of maintaining a strong teacher-student relationship.
The celebration featured various activities and cultural presentations by students, creating a joyful and memorable atmosphere. Faculty members also participated enthusiastically in the programme. The event reflected the spirit of respect, appreciation and togetherness that defines the academic community of SHSS, SGRRU.
