Brief profile and Achievements:

Dr. Abhishek Soni (PT) is currently working as an Assistant professor in the Department of Physiotherapy at Shri Mahant Indiresh Hospital (SMIH) and Shri Guru Ram Rai University (SGRRU), Dehradun, with over three years of academic experience and a strong background in sports rehabilitation. He completed his initial studies from Bharatpur Rajasthan. His professional education includes a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from HNBGU (Hemavati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University) and a Masters in Physiotherapy in Sports Rehabilitation from SGRR University. He is a registered member of the Uttarakhand Paramedical Council. His area of Interest is Sports Rehabilitation, Clinical & research.

He has previously served at institutions such as Quantum University Roorkee, Teerthankar Mahavir University Moradabad, and CIMS&R College Dehradun, gaining extensive teaching and clinical experience. He has published research in peer-reviewed journals and has completed several FDPs and certifications in research methodology, NEP 2020, AI-based teaching, dry needling, taping techniques, and manual therapy. He is Actively involved in national conferences and workshops, he also contributes as a physiotherapist in sports events, reflecting his commitment to athlete care and evidence-based rehabilitation.

He is committed to continuous professional development, collaborative teamwork, and academic excellence, contributing to the holistic growth of the physiotherapy profession through education, research, and clinical services.
