  • 3rd Position : Ms. Anushka Gupta (School of Paramedical & Allied Health Sciences)
  • The Robust World Unit of Shri Guru Ram Rai University, Dehradun organized SLOGAN WRITING COMPETITION under theme WORLD TB DAY on 28th March 2026 (Saturday) at 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM in SBAS class room 409. The event aimed to spread awareness among students and Robust world unit SGRRU volunteers regarding Nation building in the modern era by young minds.

OBJECTIVE OF THE PROGRAM

  • To create awareness about TB prevention and early detection by educating participants about risk factors, warning signs, screening methods, and healthy lifestyle practices associated with TB.
  • To promote scientific understanding of TB by enhancing knowledge about its causes, types, treatment options and recent advancements in medical research.
  • To encourage critical thinking and informed decision-making regarding health choices, thereby motivating participants to adopt preventive measures and spread awareness in society.
  • To commemorate World TB Day by engaging students in meaningful academic activities that foster empathy, social responsibility and support for TB patients.

EVENT PROCEEDINGS

The session began with a warm welcome address by Ms. Sanskriti Gairola, under the supervision of Dr. Rashi Bhargava, Robust world unit SGRRU Nodal officer. Session host were Ms. Bhumika & Mr. Abdullah. There was a 60 second timeline of giving presentation. Dr. Kanchan Bhardwaj, Assistant Professor (Department of Botany) was the judge for the event. Organizing team of students done all arrangements. Media team of students done pictures taking responsibilities and uploaded on instagram web page. President of students monitored all the things accordingly.

OUTCOME OF THE PROGRAM

The Robust World “Slogan writing competition” under theme:  World TB day successfully completed by the energetic students. This activity will nurture responsible, socially aware and future-ready youth. Overall, the program creates a motivated generation of young individuals who are committed to contributing positively to society in shaping a stronger and more resilient nation.
