Brief Profile

Dr. Sukhwinder Singh Rawat is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mathematics, School of Basic and Applied Sciences at Shri Guru Ram Rai University, Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India. He earned his Ph.D. in Mathematics from Doon University, where his research focused on aggregation operators, multi-attribute decision making models, and fuzzy measures. He holds an M.Sc. in Mathematics and a B.Sc. (PCM) from D.B.S. (P.G.) College, Dehradun, completed in 2016 and 2018 respectively. Additionally, Dr. Rawat has qualified the GATE and CSIR-UGC-NET (JRF) examinations, and was subsequently awarded both JRF and SRF by the University Grant Commission, India. During his doctoral work, he also completed three NCM-ATM schools. His scholarly contributions include the construction of aggregation operators and decision-making models. He has published one book chapter, three conference proceeding, and four research papers in various journals of repute such as IEEE Transactions on Computational Social Systems, Computer and Industrial Engineering, Complex and Intelligent Systems, etc. Dr. Rawat has presented his research work at three international and one national conferences. Currently, he is working on dynamical decision making through game-theoretic approaches with the help of non-additive measures. Moreover, Dr. Rawat is an active IEEE member and reviewer for various reputed journals.
