SGRRU Signs Strategic MoU with DivIn Pro to Boost Industry Integration

In a major step toward enhancing higher education and workforce readiness in Uttarakhand, School of Management and Commerce Studies, Shri Guru Ram Rai University (SGRRU) took the initiative and signed a comprehensive Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with DivIn Pro Private Limited in the presence of Honorable Vice Chancellor Prof. (Dr.) K. Prathapan along with Director IQAC and Dean SMCS Prof. (Dr.) Soniya Gambhir on Wednesday 11th February 2026. This strategic partnership is specifically designed to align academic outcomes with national standards such as NEP 2020, NAAC, and NIRF, focusing on a shared vision of nation-building and state development. Under the leadership of SGRR University Registrar Dr. Lokesh Gambhir and DivIn Pro Founder & CEO Dr. Juhi Garg, the collaboration aims to bridge the gap between academia and industry through a robust framework of experiential learning. The collaboration covers a wide-ranging scope, including structured internships, final placement facilitation, and the promotion of Project-Based Learning (PBL) embedded directly into the curriculum. Beyond traditional academics, the partnership will provide a significant boost to the university's entrepreneurial ecosystem by offering ideation-to-scale mentoring for student and faculty startups. Additionally, the MoU outlines initiatives for global exposure, overseas education counselling, and advanced alumni engagement strategies to track and improve long-term student progression.

The partnership also introduces a specialized NIRF Impact Dashboard and a NAAC Criterion-wise Activity Matrix to meticulously document measurable outcomes, such as research commercialization and social impact projects. By integrating industry-relevant programs and practitioner networks, SGRR University and DivIn Pro are setting a new benchmark for institutional excellence and professional ethics in the region.
