The School of Engineering and Technology (SET), SGRR University, organised a two-day workshop on AWS Cloud Computing and Web Development on 23–24 October 2026 for students of B.Sc. IT, BCA, B.Sc. Computer Science, B.Tech., and MCA, focusing on emerging technologies and industry-oriented learning.

Ms. Nisha Pal, Senior Full Stack Web Developer at WinNovation, introduced students to HTML and webpage structure, while Mr. Saurabh Dwivedi, Senior Cloud Computing Specialist at WinNovation, familiarised them with AWS cloud technologies and their real-world applications.

All the teaching fraternity of school welcomed the resource persons and appreciated their contribution to students’ learning. The programme was convened by Dr. Vivek Arya, Dr. Shalini Rawat, and Dr. Anchal Rawat. Dr. Pradeep Semwal and Dr. Minit Arora, Heads of Departments, along with other faculty members, were also present.

The workshop aimed to strengthen students’ technical competencies, bridge the gap between academic learning and industry practices, and prepare them for emerging career opportunities in web development and cloud computing.
