School of Engineering and Technology organized a Mini Hackathon and Poster Making Competition on 6th September, 2025. The event aimed to foster creativity, innovation, and technical skills among students, while providing a platform to showcase their artistic and technical abilities. The competitions were conducted in two categories: Poster Design Competition – held in both Online and Offline modes and Mini Hackathon.  In Mini Hackathon – students worked in teams of maximum two members within a duration of two hours. The inauguration was graced by Dr. Lokesh Gambhir – Registrar, Dr. Malvika Kandpal -Dean Student Welfare and Dr. Soniya Gambhir, Director IQAC. All dignitaries were felicitated with mementos and saplings. The competitions were judged by Mr. Ajay Bansal, Managing Director Arsal Software Solutions, Mr. Adesh Uniyal, Founder, Digiyuni and Mr. Kapil Nagarkoti, Microsoft Certified Data Analyst.

  • Online Poster Making: 1st Position - Harsh Dhiman (BCA 5th Sem, 2nd Position - Priya Walia (BCA 1st Sem), 3rd Position - Aman Singh Rawat (BCA 5th Sem) 
  • Offline Poster Making: 1st Position - Anushka (BCA 1st Sem), 2nd Position - Sweety Singh (BSc IT 1st Sem) and 3rd Position - Tabish Parveen (BTech CS 1st Sem)
  • Mini Hackathon: 1st Position - Sarthak & Suraj (BCA 3rd SEM), 2nd Position - Md. Dilkash & Devansh (BCA 5th SEM), 3rd Position - Shourya & Rahul (BSc CS 5th SEM)

Online Poster Design Competition : Dr Shalini Rawat & Mr Harish Sharma

Offline Poster Design Competition : Dr Aakanksha Devrari and Ms Minit Arora.

The event concluded with a Vote of Thanks delivered by Dr. Sonika Kandari, Dean School of Engineering & Technology.
