The SBAS Auditorium was abuzz with intellectual energy and self-discovery on the 18th of September 2023 as we concluded an enlightening and transformative "Conflict Management and Transactional Analysis Workshop " By Ms. Anjali Basra .This event was a profound journey toward self-awareness and personal development for all 150 participants.Conflict is an inherent part of human interaction, and this workshop was designed to equip participants with the tools and insights needed to manage conflicts effectively. The theme, "Personal Development Program (PDP)," underscored the workshop's commitment to fostering growth at a personal and interpersonal level.
