A trained pharmacist by qualification, he holds a Ph.D. in Hospital Administration and a Doctorate of Divinity, demonstrating his multidisciplinary expertise in healthcare, research, and ethical leadership.

Currently serving as an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Hospital Administration, Dr. Narang is widely respected for his academic rigor, student mentorship, and dedication to shaping healthcare management education.
