School of Agricultural Sciences of the Shri Guru ram Rai University and Flora Fauna Science Foundation, Lucknow on 23^rd June, 2020 recognized their strengths in research and development in one or more disciplines of agricultural science and allied sciences, and their mutual interest in engaging themselves in the field of innovative research cooperation. This Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) serves as a written understanding of mutually agreed principles, between the SGRRU and the Flora Fauna Science Foundation to guide the academic and research activities between two institutions.

The goal behind this Mou is to foster collaboration, provide opportunity for global experience, and to facilitate advancement of knowledge on the basis of reciprocity, best effort, mutual benefit, and frequent interactions so as to exchange information on research and development programmes; to exchange information on innovative research, learning material and other literature relevant to the educational and research programmes. This will also help to jointly organize short-term continuing agricultural research programmes; seminars, conferences, or workshops on topics of mutual interest and to invite each other's faculty to participate therein.
