Brief profile and Achievements:: 

Dr. Suchita Gera is an accomplished academician and educator with 16 years of teaching experience in the fields of Management, Commerce. She specializes in Marketing, General Management, and Operations Research and has extensive experience in teaching and mentoring students in higher education.

She holds a Ph.D. in Management and has made significant contributions to academic research through publications in journals, conference proceedings, books, and book chapters. Her research interests encompass consumer behaviour, marketing management, brand management, customer loyalty, financial literacy, investment decision-making, corporate governance, sustainability, and contemporary management practices.

She has been awarded with Nari Ratan Award by Verbert, Siksha Ratan Award by UIJIR Academic Research Foundation. Her teaching philosophy is characterized by a student- centered approach focused on experiential and inquiry- based learning. She is committed to providing students with a challenging and supportive learning environment that encourages critical thinking, creativity, and innovation.
