Having a rich experience of 22 years in Corporate and in academics. She has contributed Numerous research papers including ABDC indexed and has attended, participated and presented papers in various national & international conferences; FDP’s ,including the conference at Terranganu, Malaysia 2012, IIT’s & IIM’s. She has also Contributed in various books and authored 3 books till date as “Human Resource Management”. She is the Chief editor of Newsletter “ Prabandhnam” and Chief Editor of journal “ VEEDANG”.in addition to it she is a coordinator of student Council “Unnayan”, coordinator of Entreprenurship cell , Chief Editor of IIC . Apart from this she is also the life member of Uttarakhand and Uttar Pradesh Economic Association(UPUEA) ,CARE , IEASA. She is the President of RFI of Uttrakhand. She has published patent also on Customer Accessible System Of Enterprise Resource Planning with Contextual user Interface , Government Of India.
Four Students have been awarded PhD Degree under her guidance. Presently she is working on a Research project by Ministry Of Education , Government of India.
With 20 + years of experience in academia, the journey has been dedicated to shaping future-ready minds with knowledge, values, and purpose. Holding dual master’s degrees in MBA (HR) and Economics, along with a Ph.D (2007).
From being a State Topper in Civics in school boards to authoring 05 books, leading Government-funded research projects, mentoring Ph.D. scholars, and organizing TEDx platforms that inspire ideas and meaningful dialogue, the professional journey has been marked by distinguished roles.
It includes the successful organization of prestigious national conferences and numerous workshops, editorial leadership of academic journals and newsletters, and valuable contributions as a resource person through expert lectures, conferences and academic interactions. With a commitment to excellence, innovation, and lifelong learning, the focus continues to be on creating meaningful impact in education, research, and society.
