Brief profile and Achievements:

Having a rich experience of 22 years in Corporate and in academics. She has contributed Numerous research papers including ABDC indexed and has attended, participated and presented papers in various national & international conferences; FDP’s ,including the conference at Terranganu, Malaysia 2012, IIT’s & IIM’s. She has also Contributed in various books and authored 3 books till date as “Human Resource Management”. She is the Chief editor of Newsletter “ Prabandhnam” and Chief Editor of journal “ VEEDANG”.in addition to it she is a coordinator of student Council “Unnayan”, coordinator of Entreprenurship cell , Chief Editor of IIC . Apart from this she is also the life member of Uttarakhand and Uttar Pradesh Economic Association(UPUEA) ,CARE , IEASA. She is the President of RFI of Uttrakhand. She has published patent also on Customer Accessible System Of Enterprise Resource Planning with Contextual user Interface , Government Of India.

Four Students have been awarded PhD Degree under her guidance. Presently she is working on a Research project by Ministry Of Education , Government of India.
