The Department of Management offers BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration) and MBA (Master of Business Administration), and PhD (Management) programmes designed to prepare future-ready professionals with strong managerial, analytical, and leadership competencies. The curriculum blends academic excellence with experiential learning through internships, industrial visits, live projects, workshops, and industry interactions.
With a strong focus on Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Finance, Human Resource Management the department prepares students for careers as Entrepreneurs, Marketing Executives, Financial Analysts, HR Executives, Digital Business Professionals, Brand Executives, Investment Associates, Talent Acquisition Specialists, E-commerce Executives, and Business Development Executives. Graduates are well equipped to build successful careers in corporate organizations, startups, consulting firms, financial institutions, multinational companies, and public sector enterprises. Industrial Visit to Akums Drugs & Pharmaceuticals Ltd., Haridwar The visit provided firsthand exposure to large-scale manufacturing operations, quality management systems, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and industry best practices, enhancing students' understanding of pharmaceutical production and operational excellence.
The School of Management and Commerce Studies on 04 October 2025, organized Poster making competition on “Equality for All- Today and Always”. Participants showcased their artistic skills and innovative ideas through posters that highlighted messages of unity, fairness, and equal opportunities for all, irrespective of gender, caste, religion, or background.
