A two-day hands-on training programme on "Soilless Gardening: A Futuristic Agricultural Approach" was organized by Department of Seed Science and Technology  school of Agricultural Sciences.The programme aimed to educate participants about the benefits and techniques of soilless gardening, a method of growing plants without using soil.

The programme was organized by Dr Girish, Head Department of Seed Science and Technology. 

Objectives:

  • Understanding Soilless Gardening : To introduce participants to the concept and benefits of soilless gardening.
  • Hands-on Experience : To provide hands-on experience in setting up and managing soilless gardening systems.
  • Practical Applications : To demonstrate the practical applications of soilless gardening in urban and peri-urban areas.
