Students of SCHOOL OF MANAGEMENT AND COMMERCE STUDIES participated at the Uttarakhand International Trade Expo (UKITEX 2025) organized PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry. They contributed to the event's success by assisting with exhibitor coordination and visitor engagement at the Parade Ground in Dehradun from 19th December to 23rd December 2025.
To support stall setup for over 200 exhibitors, including MSMEs and startups showcasing products like handicrafts and local innovations. Handled visitor queries, distributed promotional materials, and facilitated B2B networking sessions to connect buyers with sellers.
Managed crowd flow during peak hours, contributing to smooth operations for high-intent buyers and partnerships. Assisted in cultural evening events, boosting attendance and feedback collection for future expos.
Developed event management and communication skills through interactions in English and Hindi. Gained insights into Uttarakhand's trade ecosystem, including ODOP initiatives and industry collaborations.
