Brief profile and Achievements:

Dr. Malvika kandpal has warmth and competence that engages and persuades others and power of active listening treating each person encounter with equal respect, born and brought up in Jaipur and completed her Education till the Post Graduate Level from various states of India (Rajasthan, Punjab and Uttarakhand )She is empathetic skilled and results-oriented attitude with solid academic background as well as Successful in intense and demanding environments, with a track record of motivating and developing leaders. She has Proven ability to assess and manage complex situations viewed as a strong personality .

She is the product of Kendriya Vidyalaya school and gold medallist from commerce stream at 12th level. Her Academic journey is very versatile and interesting. After Honour’s Graduation from Ajmer, She qualified for MPM from Symbiosis Pune and did her Post Graduation in Economics, English and Sociology, B.Ed and M.Ed gold medallist with UGC-NET and Ph.D in Education, completed Minor Research project UGC funded,

She started her career in 1994 as lecturer in Prabhadevi mahavidyalaya till 2005. In 2006 joined Department of Education, Shri Guru Ram Rai (PG) College, Dehradun. as Assistant Prof., With extensive experience of 27 years of teaching learning and Star Educator of Unacademy with many followers, Presently 03 of her students awarded Ph.d degree and 08 are enrolled, Published 25 papers in National and International Journals and written 07 book chapters with Three books .

Today working in keen positions of University as University Coordinator, Dean Academics and Dean School of education and member of Board of Management.
