Shri Guru Ram Rai University (SGRRU) celebrated International Youth Day with great enthusiasm and active participation of students across various schools and departments. The celebration aimed to recognize the role of youth in nation-building, encourage leadership, creativity, and social responsibility, and align student engagement with the global theme of International Youth Day as declared by the United Nations.
Planning and Organization - The programme was planned and organized by students under the guidance and supervision of faculty members and university authorities. Various student committees actively participated in planning the schedule, coordinating events, managing logistics, and ensuring smooth execution of the celebration. The collaborative approach strengthened student leadership and organizational skills.

The celebration began with a brief inaugural session, highlighting the importance of International Youth Day and the role of young people in shaping a progressive and inclusive society. Faculty members motivated students to channel their energy positively for personal growth and social development.
Students delivered insightful speeches on themes such as youth leadership, mental health, innovation, sustainable development, digital responsibility, and social change. Interactive discussions encouraged critical thinking and exchange of ideas among participants.
