The SGRR College of Nursing, guided by the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), successfully conducted a three-day series of Internal Awareness/Training Sessions in November 2025. The program aimed to significantly enhance institutional quality and promote academic excellence by familiarizing all faculty members with crucial national educational frameworks and policies.

The success of the training was anchored in the collaborative leadership structure:

  • Principal's Guidance: The Principal Prof. Dr. G Ramalakshmi, SGRR College of Nursing. This oversight ensured the training themes directly addressed the institutional mission, quality gaps, and the professional development needs of the faculty. The Principal's role was pivotal in emphasizing that participation was mandatory for all faculty members as part of continuous professional development.
  • IQAC's Execution: The IQAC Director Prof. Dr. Soniya Gambhir, as the nodal agency for quality sustenance, took the lead in planning, coordinating, and documenting the event. Its role involved identifying critical training topics to ensure a smooth and high-impact program.
