A Career Guidance and Counselling session was organized by Kaushal Vibhag (Government of Uttarakhand) on 20.02.2026 at 11:00 AM with the objective of guiding students in choosing suitable career paths based on their interests, skills, and future goals. The program aimed to create awareness about various career opportunities, higher education options, skill development programs, and government initiatives.

The session was conducted by representatives Mr. Ajay Khanduri, from Kaushal Vibhag (Government of Uttarakhand), Mr. Manman Pathak, Germany Agency collaborated with Kaushal Vibhag who are experienced career counsellors and skill development officers. They provided detailed insights into:

  • Professional courses after 10th/12th/Graduation
  • Employment opportunities in public and private sectors

a) Importance of Career Planning. The speaker emphasized the importance of early career planning and setting realistic goals. Students were advised to:
