Student Document Verification

The Induction Program for the new academic session 20025-26 at the School of Education commenced on 11 August 2025 with the process of student document verification. Faculty members guided them through the verification process.

The day began with a brief orientation, informing students about university norms, academic schedules, and facilities. Students submitted self -assisted verified documents, and admission-related documents. The process ensured a smooth start to their academic journey, fostering a sense of belonging and preparedness for the upcoming semester.

Celebration of International Youth Day & Anti-Ragging Awareness

The second day of the induction program was dedicated to the celebration of International Youth Day and the Anti-Ragging Awareness Program. The program began with a short talk by faculty members on the role of youth in nation-building, leadership, and social responsibility. Students enthusiastically participated in discussions on the 2025 International Youth Day theme, sharing their ideas for a more sustainable and inclusive future. Following the celebration, an awareness session was conducted to highlight the university’s zero-tolerance policy towards ragging. The faculty explained legal provisions, university rules, and support mechanisms for students. As per the UGC advisory, higher education institutions have been encouraged to conduct a range of activities during the Anti-Ragging Week of 12August 2025 to 18 August 2025. As part of the awareness initiative, students created posters conveying strong messages against ragging and promoting a safe, respectful campus environment. The posters were displayed on the notice boards of the School of Education, SGRR University to inspire continuous awareness.
