The Department of Microbiology and Medical Lab Technology of the School of Paramedical& Allied Health Sciences organized a Rangoli competition, Model Exhibition and Students Talk on the occasion of World Antimicrobial Awareness Week on 18th November -24th November 2024 in School Campus.  Events conducted included Rangoli Competition in order to spread awareness on the indiscriminate use of antimicrobials. Students of the department has delivered speech on the present statistics and status of Antimicrobial resistance as per the WHO. The Competition was Judged by Prof. (Dr). Keerti Singh, Dean School of Paramedical & Allied Health Sciences, SGRRU and Prof. (Dr.) School of Nursing, SGRRU provided the useful insights on the antimicrobial awareness.
