Geology is the Science of Earth. Geologists study the processes that operate in and on the earth.

Geology will help you use your knowledge of geologic processes operating in today’s environment as a basis for interpreting the history of the earth and apply that knowledge while confronting significant environmental problems like pollution & resource availability.

Geologists are scientific detectives who try to reveal the past and future of the earth. Geology attracts people who wish to study the dynamics of the earth we live on, its, resources, and the most economic and sustainable way to use these resources.
