Uttarakhand Science Education & Research Centre (USERC), Department of Information & Science Technology, Govt of Uttarakhand, in collaboration with School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Shri Guru Ram Rai University,conducted “Expert talk & Hands-on training on UV-Visible Spectrophotometer & FTIR Spectrometer” on 23rd& 24th December 2022. The purpose of the training was to provide knowledge to the budding researcher about UV-Visible Spectrophotometer applications in the multi-component analysis of pharmaceuticals and FTIR spectrometer handling & interpretation of IR spectral data. The program further continued with an expert talk by Prof. (Dr.) Alka N. Choudhary (Dean, School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, SGRRU) and Hands-on training by Dr. Archana Gahtori (Associate Professor, School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, SGRRU.
